The Power of Teachers' Online Mentorship for AI Partnership (Power T/A) is a research initiative funded by the Research Council of Finland

Objectives:

Obj1) to identify the needs, perceptions, and attitudes of pre-service teachers, in-service teachers and teacher educators towards generative AI and AI-based tools

Obj2) to analyze the cases of pre-and in-service teachers` instructional use of AI-based tools.

•Obj3) to investigate the effect of the CASUS on pre- and in-service teachers` AI literacy and educational AI integration skills.

•Obj4) to examine online mentoring in CASUS between pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, and teacher educators from Finland, Norway, and Sweden.

We envision a future where teachers are fully equipped to integrate AI-based tools into their instructional practices, fostering a dynamic, data-driven, and inclusive educational environment.

The project explores how AI-based technologies can be integrated into teacher mentorship and professional development to enhance teaching and learning processes. By leveraging advanced educational tools, the project aims to empower teachers to navigate the challenges of the 21st-century classroom effectively.
